It's that time of year again - the temperature is dropping (only slightly here in Texas though), the kids are back in school and the neighborhood is decked out in orange and black. For me, Halloween kicks off the holiday season. After Halloween is over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years all seem to follow in rapid succession until one day you wake up and its early January and everything is quiet once again. I know how busy, exciting and crazy the holiday season can be (and will probably be even more so this year since we have a little one in tow).
